Mr. Cassette began in 1958 as a recording studio called Austin Custom Records. Being one of the few places that cut records on the spot, transferring master audio tape to records became increasingly in demand. With the advent of audio cassettes and cartridges a couple years later, the recording and conversion services continued to expand and the name was changed to Mr. Cassette - ACR, inc..

As technology has progressed, Mr. Cassette has been there to combine experience and technical knowledge with modern and proven techniques to result in an ever-changing array of services for your media.
